Please give us a short summary of your website?
WWE Madness is a promo based Wrestling E-Fed and it is coming back for the second time after being hacked into once. It has many features like Slam of the Week and Superstar and Diva of the Month and Year. If you are interested in Wrestling at all and you are creative then this is the place for you.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
The thing that inspired me was I love to watch and play wrestling weather it be in real life, on TV, or on a Video game. And that is what mainly got me wanting to start it.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
I talked to acouple of friends and researched about it alittle bit and decided that we could use it for a gimmick for the site, which is The site with the most Madness going on.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
It has many creative people on it and it has many features that no one has thought of before and has had a lot of time put in it.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
My goal for the site is for it to be kept going for a long time say about 4 or 5 years which for the type of site it is that would be a huge accomplishment and since it is non profit i don't want it to be sold or used for any kind of profit. It is meant to be used for fun and nothing else.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Right now since it just started the time has weighed a lot more then the success but I think that in the future at the rate it is growing and the ideas we have the success will be much greater then the time.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
If i used any money on it I would make it better then any other Efed and it would have alot more users since i could spend more on ads and things like that.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Of course i would. There might be a time of stress and overworkedness but I think that we would strive in the growth.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
So far one and I don't expect to have any more. The one was being hacked into but that will not happen again.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Trying to get members and keeping up with the creative part of the site.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Submitting the site on search engines and things like that.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It really hasn't because I am experienced and I kind of expected what is happening.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
It has been up for about a month and I plan to keep it going for atleast 5 or 6 years.
What makes you want to put so much time in the site?
The fun and surprises that i get in the process and the knowledge that I can't control what happens.
What is your website address?
