Name of your website?

Art that Talks Sports and more at Collect rare Sports Art

Your name?

Ray Tapajna

Your Location (city, etc)

Cleveland

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Rare Sports Art site links the world to unique sports art by Ray Tapajna and links to real world news sites featuring his Art that Talks global issues. It also features his rare U.S. Postage Stamp art with some free with other buys and as a courtesy has three sites where all can enjoy many totally free web services, items and promoters

What inspired you to launch your own website?

We wanted to find a way to support our advocacies that are primarily based on human dignity in the workday. Our family suggesting using our art skills with us winning a Scripps Howard Award in college relating to our sports art. We also tried to find a way to support finding work for mentally and physically challenged workers and have a featured page at http://tapsearch.com the free stuff site

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

We first launch Arkline Art sites and our art won some awards on other linking sites. This evolved into having most of all our art at http://arklineart.fotopages.com Later, we featured our Art that Talks series at Tapart News and Art that Talks at http://tapsearch.com/tapartnews/ and http://tapsearch.com/flatworld Our American Dream is Burning artwork was featured in the top newspaper in Ohio. Our Clinton Years American Dream Reversed has thousands of references now on the web and Google has more than a million results under that phrase with http://www.gigablast.com having a good indexing under the phrase Clinton Years American Dream Reversed. We are now also the moderator at http://www.bizarrepolitics.com and have several articles at http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Ray_Tapajna which is a good place for all to speak their minds while enjoying a growing audience.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

The first sites were called Arkline Online or Arkline Free Online. In searching for ways to promote our site, we passed on all the free services and much more for others to use too. The main Free Stuff sites are now at http://tapsearch.com http://tapsearch.com/arklinefreebies and http://tapsearch.com/multifree. We have more than one site since it is difficult to edit so many things we have found over several years of doing it.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Hopefully, people will notice how we are trying to do something for the betterment of all people everywhere. We hope our Art that Talks provokes others to act too as advocates for human dignity in the workday. The Free Stuff sites represent a labor of love with hope that many find a way to better their lives in big or small ways.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

I just wish to pass on all the good things that I enjoyed in my stay on earth and hopefully others will find that the past is the future where local value added economies can restore the America Dream for all in the world. We have a growing audience and we can be found across the web as tapsearcher, tapart news, tapsearch, arkline art etc.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Time and money is another story. The web is still the "wild west" where anything goes. Hopefully, we can unite in some way to tame it for it to add values to humanity in more ways than one.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I suspect as our audience grows, others will come to consult and help me on a mission as one.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

That is an unkown but hopefully, we have growing audience that should prove to be a dynamic help.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

The worst thing was putting in alot of time on others sites that close down. There is nothing worst than dead links. Of course there is always someone who does not like your view of the world.

What has been your biggest challenge?

The big challenge is finding the right price for my artwork and adjust it accordingly. We know many are downloading it too but they do not get the crisp image nor the value growing certification where every art piece is individually signed, dated, numbered and finished by us as one of a kind limited edition. We do offer the U.S. Postage Stamp art like "Play Ball" free with many buys. We also offer better than new toner cartridges at a tremendous savings but fail to get this message across. We have more than a 40 year history in the computer industry and have experienced almost every computer innovation. It is tough to help people these days as we have in the past when we were trouble-shooter supplyer for computers and components. Nothing can replace the personal contacts where for example you can pick up a phone and call an engineer on a factory floor about a specific problem. Unfortunately those days are gone.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

The best method is find people like you and creating networks of "believers". Our Free Stuff sites are difficult to maintain but we keep them for all to enjoy.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

I never thought the world wide web would be so limiting as it is. The hits come but the visitors do not stay long enough to digest what we are trying to accomplish.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

We now have been on the web for many years in one way or another. I will keep my advocacies going until by stay on earth is over. We need to help restore the American dream for all in the world. We invite all to pass on our sites - just search under tapsearcher, tapart news, tapsearch, arkline art etc. We invite all inquires about our artwork or advocacies at tapearcher@message.com or newsworld@fastmail.net
