When did you start your website and why?

I started my website in early 2006 to help with business. I love skateboarding and everything related to it.

My website is an online skateshop that has grown to become one of the driving forces of my business. I promise great customer care and will see any issue through to the end.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

What has been the easist part of operating your website?

nothing is easy with my website. I've been hacked and I've had other issues.

What was your biggest mistake?

not secureing my website before going live

Who maintains your website and why?

I do. I want to make sure that I am consistent with my site and that it fits the value of my company.

Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?

Profits have grown 10 fold.

What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?

I think it will take over and people will appreciate the "no overhead" prices of buying online.

What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

It is very important to all online companies

What are your views on Search Engines? Have they helped or hindered your website?

They have helped my website emmensly.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

blogging and adsense

What method has been least successful for promoting your website?

linktrade. One day your link is there, the next it is not. You end up with crappy links on your page for no reason.

What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?

nothing. Maybe a global ranking system that works like the BBB, but all online shops are required to register.

When did you start your website and why?

April 2006 to explore online business. We have been doing bodybuilding supplements business for a year where we supported only gym and fitness centers, business to business only. Now, we would like to expand our business to end customers.

Our site is using zen-cart and Paypal payments are accepted. We only support Malaysian at the moment. If there is request for outside Malaysia, we are happy to entertain them too. This is an online store for Malaysia's Cheapest Sports Supplements. Online price checked everyday.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

Getting to know the functions available in zen-cart services.

What has been the easist part of operating your website?

Order preparations. Stock checking. Customer newsletter updates. Many more

What was your biggest mistake?

Never done this website earlier.

Who maintains your website and why?

Jojo. I would like to cut the cost of website admin as I'm here to provide the cheapest supplements available on net.

Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?

So far it is slow because getting few hits... Hope to get more hits and feedback from end customers.

What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?

Its a booming industry. I think everyone who knows how to use the computer, doesn't matter of age should venture it.

It is the key for a website and business success.

Average. My page is not listed on first page yet. But it is appearing in the next page.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Personally introduce the sites to friends by MSN and YM.

Haven't discover yet, as I'm new to promoting the website.

What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?

Get more response to the site and more sign ups and orders as well.
