After a crazy week of injuries, a suspension and the acquisition of a new star player, the Dallas Cowboys were hoping that backup quarterback Brad Johnson, starting in place of the injured Tony Romo, could manage the offense and move the ball down the field. Hoping the beat the St. Louis Rams.Big let down. Johnson had 17 completions in 37 attempts. He threw for 234 yards and one touchdown. One of the only two scores Dallas would get in the 34-14 loss. He threw 3 interceptions. Last week Dallas picked up wide receiver Roy Williams in a trade deal with the Detroit Lions. Williams saw limited action and said he was shut out for the first time in his career. He did not have a single catch in the game. It was a bad situation for Dallas all the way around.
